Lateral Butterfly (part I)

Objective:
To stretch the skin fibres of the orbital structure of the eye, in order to intensify the superficial drainage of the eye ring and the eye bag.

Description:
The stretching is done very lightly so as not to block the capillaries and blood capillaries.

Actions on:

  • Fibroelastic plane: tarsus and septum
  • superficial muscular plane: orbicular muscle
  • deep muscular plane: muscles and retractors
  • angles: canthus.


Gestures:

  • Butterfly opening of the hands, with movements of the index and middle fingers.
  • Thumbs resting on the face to stabilise the movement.
  • Adjust the position of your fingers so that they remain on the cheekbone.
