One Lip Stretch (part I)

Objective:

  • To diminish the deep wrinkles
  • Bring back oxygenation and hydratation
  • Make the lip bigger

Description:

The thumb and little fingers are resting anywhere on the chin and side of the face to support the weight of the hands. The index fingers can then stretch the borderline of each lip. The stretch will create a pressure downwards and sideways. Work one lip at a time.

The maneuver is done carefully with a slow and deep pressure. Build up the pressure progressively. This will squeeze the lips together, pinching them.

Actions on:

  • The fibers and fascia of the wrinkles

Gestures:

  • With your index fingers, press down and stretch to the sides
  • Both thumbs will be above, on the upper lip
  • Do it at different places on the lip
  • The indexes will move simultaneously, then alternately, then one at a time.
