Stretching parallel gestures

The name may not sound sexy, but this simple but incredible stretch will work wonders on frown lines. It also helps relieve fatigue in the area.

Gestures:

  1. Put your thumbs on your forehead
  2. Put your little fingers on the side of the face.
  3. Thumbs and little fingers guide the hands along the face
  4. The index fingers will make a parallel movement over the gathered area.
  5. If possible, use the sides of your index fingers to massage the skin.
