Description: Your fingers are moving the upper lip upwards, very gently, to try and detach it from the teeth. If the upper lip is very thin, you will need to start gently. Little by little the lip will gain in flexibility. The maneuver is done carefully with a slow and deep pressure. Build up the pressure progressively. Be gentle with your fingers.
